Your initiative must fall under one or more of RYTHM Foundation’s focus areas: environment, empowerment, and education.
RYTHM Foundation is accepting proposals from individuals, schools, charitable homes, sports centres, and learning institutions facing difficulties in carrying out their initiatives. The assistance can include small-scale infrastructure work, equipment, furniture, stationery, and teaching and learning materials.

1. Your organisation must cover at least 30% of the initial cost incurred, which the Foundation will reimburse upon submission of the final report.
2. You must produce a detailed proposal in the provided template in English or Bahasa Melayu, complete with the following:
   • The address and details of the beneficiary school/home/institution/individual, etc.
   • Images of the condition of structures/equipment/furniture requiring repair/replacement
   • A detailed budget breakdown for the requisition
   • Other details/information as required
3. Successful applicants will be contacted via email. The selection committee’s decision is final.
4. The Foundation’s representatives will conduct due diligence and monitoring visits to ensure the project’s viability and smooth execution according to the proposal.
5. The project’s execution must fully comply with the specifications in the proposal.
6. Applicants are required to submit the following at the project’s end:
   • Project completion report
   • High-resolution images and videos
   • Payment receipts
